What is your fee?
Our Fully Managed Service is 12.5% + VAT. Landlords looking for zero risk often choose our Premium Package (16% + VAT), which upgrades your service to include Rent Guarantee and priority support. Please get in touch to discuss which option suits you best.
Which properties do you work with?
We work only with properties that can be compliant and meet living standards. If you need help in fixing anything – we will do it for you as long as you agree to maintain the property compliance and according to living standards.
What if the tenant doesn’t pay the rent?
We will manage the whole process for you, trying to negotiate a payment plan first. In such rare cases most tenants have genuine reasons why they can’t pay rent this month and usually repay missing payment within a matter of a few months. However, if we can’t agree on the payments plan, we will manage the whole eviction process for you.
Why do I need a full-management package?
Some landlords choose agencies for Let Only service, but take the whole risk of Compliance (which can result in fines as high as £30,000) and the headache of management on themselves. Some are genuinely unsatisfied by the level of service provided by agencies to tenants and dedicate their time to do everything. We believe that our full-management package delivers an outstanding service and response time to tenants as well as helps to protect your property by quick resolution times.
How fast do you find a new tenant?
Usually within 3 days we have 10 validated offers, if your rent is in line with the market.
What reporting do you provide?
You will have access to our own portal where you can see all financial statements and status of all maintenance issues. On top of that we will send you all relevant updates on maintenance and compliance so you are aware of any step we take.
